Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return only if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving the request. Any signs of use, tampering, or physical damage not caused by transit may void the return eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless received in damaged or incorrect condition:

• Unsealed foil rolls
• Used microfiber cloths
• Opened kitchen paper products

Please ensure that these items are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at unifoilinovation@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return, and product images (if applicable). Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or courier instructions if required.

Refund for Approved Returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping charges. If the return is due to reasons like customer change of mind, the shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
