We currently offer shipping services across most pin codes in India. If your delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, our team will notify you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

All orders are Delivered within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time varies based on location. Typically:
– Metro cities: 2–4 business days
– Other cities/towns: 4–7 business days
– Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to courier-related issues.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount or cash-on-delivery (COD) options, a nominal shipping fee may be applied, which will be visible during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can track the shipment status using the link provided.

Delivery Issues

If your package appears tampered with, damaged, or is not received within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team within 48 hours so we can assist you accordingly.

Undeliverable Packages

In case a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
